Welcome!
My name is Rachel. I'm a college student currently residing in Maryland. While my major is psychology, I am minoring in studio art with a planned conentration in photography. I've been taking pictures everywhere I go since I was a freshman in high school.
In high school, I shot mostly landscapes, concerts, and random shots around my house and Frederick with my little point-and-shoot camera with natural light. I got to to develop a love for portrait photography when I got my first job working at The Picture People after I graduated. It was here that I first got my hands on a SLR camera and learned how to utilize backdrops and studio lighting. My favorite things to shoot are children's portraits, and concerts and music events.
Services:
- I aim to make my sittings fun and affordable so I charge $50 to $60 an hour, depending on the complexity of the sitting.
- You are welcome to bring props and outfits to create a unique experience with original photographs.
- For an additional $10, you can get a CD with all the edited photographs and the rights to those photos.
